The company is engaged in oil and gas exploration, development, production and marketing. It was incorporated in 2002 and has its registered office in Logrono, Spain. The company's business operation specializes in the development of natural gas reserves, and conducts exploration of crude petroleum and natural gas, drilling, completing, and equipping gas wells, as well as provides operating separators, emulsion breakers, desilting equipment, and field gathering lines for crude petroleum and natural gas, and all other activities related to the preparation of oil and gas up to the point of shipment from the producing property. The company operates oil and gas wells on their own account or for others on a contract or fee basis.
